err...I mean.....ViP New Construction Buying:
1) Never register directly with the builder for info. If you think you will get the best overview of a project from the developer that is in charge of it, you are mistaken. A good overview will include current prices in that area, past knowledge of that builder and many more items. If you are curious, then set up a junk email on gmail and do not use your last name.
2) Do NOT ever register with the builder on their websites. For the above reasons PLUS you may be excluded from any of the broker incentives I may have access to for that project. In some cases, its over $10,000 in upgrades you are missing out on.
